KKPR VALIDATION APPLICATION & ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

Submitting a manual KKPR Validation application to the relevant agency in the local regional government, and screening the Environmental Assessment at the Environmental Agency

PBG/SLF APPLICATION SUBMISSION

FIELD VERIFICATION/REVIEW BY THE RELATED AGENCY

Submit PBG/SLF applications online via the Building Management Information System (SIMBG)

Document inspection and field review by the Technical Service to ensure compliance with regulations and planning or field conditions.

EVALUATION AND DECISION MAKING

The Department conducts a final evaluation of the documents and survey results to determine the feasibility of the proposed building.

PBG & SLF PUBLISHING

If all requirements are met, the PBG/SLF will be issued as official legal evidence for the construction of the building.
